One to one personal training in Marbella. Through this website you will be able to register your interest in one to one personal training, diet plans and online training. You also will be able to see the latest Instagram and facebook motivation of current clients on their own fitness journeys on media.

  • Q&A consultation session to discuss the plan. training and diet. 
  • 1 osteopath session before training
    • Your body will be aligned.
    • Also to understand any areas of your body that need special attention or specific training, strengthening or stretching 
  • Bio Print Consultation before training
  • 1 month tailored diet plan
    • Food is cooked fresh daily, 5 days a week for 4 weeks
    • Daily collection for food will be discussed in your consultation
  • 1 month tailored training plan
    • One to one training sessions in Nueva Andalucia
    • Sessions last between 45 minutes - 1 hour
  • Weekly one to one catch up sessions to discuss progress diet changes, training amendments and more. 
  • Daily support over WhatsApp
  • Saturday beach fitness 
  • 1 sports massage at the end of the 4 weeks
  • Progress pictures (optional)
