Fitness for me is not just an activity, but a way of life. Fitness is not just about exercise, it´s about a person´s capacity to withstand all of life´s stressors, whether they are physical, mental, social, or spiritual. I believe that with a holistic approach, through proper training, diet and practise a person can increase their ability to cope with these stressors and get the most enjoyment out of life.
I´ve always had a passion for health and fitness and been fascinated by the dynamics and mechanics of the human body. I practice a variety of martial arts, hold a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and also trained Muay Thai in Thailand for 4 months. I love Yoga and practice on a regular basis and am also a huge proponent of calisthenics and functional bodyweight training. It is extremely important that we learn to master our bodies and control both body and mind in the best way possible.
I feel extremely privileged to be able to work with people of all ages and from all walks of life, to help them achieve their goals whilst realising their full potential and enhancing the quality of their lives.
